Producto muy natural, para hacerlo en forma de té. Yo lo cuezo y mezclo con limón y una flor de hibiscus, el sabor no es muy bueno pero por los beneficios merece la pena, luego lo tomo fresco y lo voy mezclando con algún zumo para matizar el sabor.
