Chaga is a rare mushroom that grows on the birch tree in Siberia, Cordyceps in the mountainous regions of China, Tibet and Nepal. All mushrooms used, including oyster, maitake and shiitake mushrooms, contain bioactive substances, polysaccharides and polypeptides. Recommended daily dose 1 capsule 2 times a day before meals. The capsule is taken whole with a glass of water or can be broken and its contents poured into food or water. The preparation can be taken long term as needed.
