It is a food supplement based on bio-optimized turmeric extract (curcumin).

Curcumin is poorly absorbed by the body, so consuming large amounts of turmeric daily would be necessary to achieve optimal activity. The bio-optimized extract, exclusive to Dolocare® Flex, is obtained through a formulation process that allows curcumin to be absorbed much more easily than turmeric powder.
How to use:
2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules at night for the first month. Then, 2 capsules in the morning for maintenance.
