Each capsule contains 750 mg of evening primrose oil*, a primary source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and linoleic acid, two essential omega-6 fatty acids vital for the body. It offers all the benefits of a high-quality, unrefined vegetable oil* obtained by cold-pressing the seeds.

Dosage

From 12 to 18 years: 1 to 2 capsules per day.

From 18 years of age: 2 to 4 capsules per day.
