Instructions for use: Internal use: take 2 to 3 drops usually with a little honey, molasses, brown sugar cube or oil. Three times a day. With dropper. External use: apply 3 drops of Bio Essential Oil Ylang-Ylang and 3 drops of vegetable oil on the inner surface of the wrists (in case of nerve problem) or the painful area.
