A recent study (J Agric Food Chem 55(4) 1532-1535 (2007)) has shown that Marine Collagen is more easily assimilated than other sources of collagen, such as pork. Collmar® has a high percentage of Glycine, Proline and Hydroxyproline (major amino acids in collagen) and essential amino acids.
