From 12 years old.
- Take one ampoule with breakfast, preferably diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (200ml), for a minimum of 20 days.
- You can restart taking the product several times a year. Due to the natural nature of the product, it may contain sediment. This has no impact on the product's quality. Simply shake the ampoule before use.
- Hold the ampoule with the thin end facing up and, using both thumbs, press down. A trick to open the ampoule easily is to keep an empty ampoule and use it as a lever until it breaks. (See the illustrations on the package.)
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
- Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- It is important to follow a varied and balanced diet, as well as a healthy lifestyle.
- In the absence of sufficient data, it is not recommended during pregnancy and lactation.
