Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) has been used as a medicinal herb since ancient Greece. The most active and widely used parts are the underground organs (rhizome, roots, and stolons). Its main constituents are essential oils (0.3–1%) containing monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, and less volatile sesquiterpene acids, such as valerenic acid.

Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), commonly known as passionflower, is a fast-growing climbing plant. The active parts of the plant are the aerial parts, which contain substances such as flavonoids and essential oils. The main constituents are flavonoids (up to 2.5%).

Hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha) is a thorny shrub with petiolate leaves. The white or pink flowers are highly aromatic and cluster in branched corymbs.

The flowering top, the active part of the shrub, contains flavonoids, tannins, triterpenes, steroids, amines, mineral salts and an essential oil, responsible for the plant's characteristic aroma.

Instructions for use:

It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily. To help you sleep well, take it 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
