Mix all the ingredients and let the dough rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Then prepare the ones with mango and cook them in boiling water for about 5 minutes until they float on the surface. Enjoy!

RECOMMENDED DOSE.
Mix 2 scoops (50 g.) With 250 ml of hot water or hot skimmed milk. Mix well with a spoon until you get a creamy consistency. The amounts of the mixture can be varied depending on your taste. It can be sweetened with honey and can also be accompanied with nuts and/or fruits.
