OatMash is a product based on instant oatmeal, that is, it dissolves almost immediately. OatMash is a rich source of carbohydrates with a low glycemic index, so there will be a sustained supply of carbohydrates to our muscles. It is also a product that contains fiber, which will help improve intestinal transit, unsaturated fats, which will improve your lipid profile, and many vitamins and minerals that will help maintain your biological functions.
In long-distance sports, OatMash will provide us with important minerals (such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, phosphorus...) that will help us maintain the electrolyte balance in the body so that performance does not drop in conditions of high sweating.
