Amix® NA-R-ALA is a food supplement based on R-alpha lipoic acid, an active isomer of Alpha Lipoic acid. Soluble product in both water and fat. Recommended Daily Dose: 2 capsules. Usage Instructions: Take 1 capsule in the morning with 200 ml of water at breakfast and 1 capsule with 200 ml of water at lunch.
